An additional one-time $100 fee will be charged for review of extensive medical records (specialist reports, radiology tests, blood work, primary care provider notes) for new patients with complex health conditions.

As a courtesy, I will attempt to confirm your appointment by phone, text or email 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment. However, it is your responsibility to keep the appointment even if you do not receive an appointment reminder. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I am asking you to text me at 610-653-6895 when you arrive in the office parking lot. I will meet you at the elevators on the second floor or in the office suite waiting room to escort you into my office to avoid waiting in the waiting room. Masks must be worn. Both parents are welcome to attend the visit in person. Please do not bring siblings to the appointment. However, if anyone is exhibiting any illness symptoms, (such as fever, sorethroat, cough, nasal congestion, stomach upset/diarrhea) then your appointment will be rescheduled.
It is necessary to have our first visit in-person. However, follow up visits may be conducted virtually, if this is your preference.
Please make every effort to be on time, or even 5 minutes early, for your appointment so we can make the most of our time together. Initial visits are 90 minutes in length, and follow up visits are generally 60 minutes in length. If you arrive late, we will have our appointment for the remainder of the appointment slot, but you will be charged for the full appointment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments without any prior notice given will be subject to a $50 missed appointment fee.
Although Dr. Camasto is a board-certified general pediatrician, please be advised that her services through Pediatric Whole Health, LLC are limited to functional medicine treatment of specific health problems as listed on the website. All patients should have a general primary care physician for all other health maintenance and health concerns.
Questions that arise in between office visits are best sent through email. Please keep these communications limited to questions regarding treatment plan clarifications and unanticipated symptoms related to the treatment plan. I will aim to respond to your email in a timely fashion, however, this may vary from 1 to 3 business days. I appreciate your patience in advance.
Should a problem arise between office visits that requires more in-depth attention beyond what can be assessed through e-mail, then a phone or virtual visit will be offered and billed at $50 per 15 minutes.
In keeping with our office philosophy of “whole” body wellness, all patients being seen for Anxiety or Depression must also be actively involved in counselling. If you do not have a counsellor currently, recommendations can be provided.
Dr. Camasto does not prescribe or manage psychiatric medication, such as anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medications, or stimulant ADHD medication. These should be prescribed by your child’s primary care physician or psychiatrist. If your child is on these medications, please inform the prescribing provider that you are also pursuing complementary care for your child’s condition. I am happy to partner with them to provide comprehensive care for your child.
Please be advised that Functional Medicine is a personalized health care approach that requires active participation from the patient and family. As such, the extent of sustained health improvements will be dependent on adherence to diet/lifestyle changes and supplementation regimens.
